Appeal after Cheltenham incident

Police are appealing for information about a distressed woman who walked into a hotel in Cheltenham last night.

Staff at the Hilden Lodge Hotel on London Road in Charlton Kings called police at 11.25pm to report that a woman had approached reception in a confused state and with blood on her face.

She left the building soon after and police could find no trace of her in the area when they arrived just after 11.35pm.

Officers have carried out further enquiries to locate her and are now turning to the public for help.

Anyone who saw the woman, described as white, in her late teens, 5ft 6ins tall, with long hair and wearing a black cardigan, short black dress and black boots, is urged to call 101 and quote incident 516 of 14 March.
