Appeal to locate next of kin following house fire in Cirencester


Police are trying to locate the next of kin of a man who died as a result of a house fire in Cirencester.

David Russell, aged 55, died on 8 December following the fire at his home in Kemble Drive.

Police and fire officers were called to the address at about 7am after the fire was reported.

Mr Russell’s death is not being treated as suspicious and a report has been prepared for the coroner.

Anyone who can help identify any of his relatives is asked to call Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 or email quoting incident 42 of 8 December.
