Appeal for witnesses to robbery in Tewkesbury

 
Officers are appealing for witnesses to a robbery which took place in Tewkesbury last Friday.
The robbery took place between 9.45am and 10.20am near the Travis Perkins on Cotteswold Road.
The victim was walking along Cotteswold Road when she was grabbed from behind by a female who attempted to steal her phone.
The victim tried to push the offender away but this caused the offender to scratch her.
This left the victim with scratches to her face, chest and stomach as well as having her glasses broken and headphones stolen.
The offender is described as a white female of around 5ft 3 inches who had long nails.
She had brown eyes and was wearing a red puffer jacket, black hoody, a black scarf (covering the bottom half of her face), black joggers and black trainers.
