Police will be escorting an abnormal load through Gloucestershire this Sunday (28 September) and next Wednesday (1 October).
At around 10am on both dates, an industrial power unit will be escorted from the M50, through Tewkesbury High Street and along the A38.
It will rejoin the M5 southbound at Junction 9 before travelling to Swansea.
The load is 22m long, 4.6m wide and weighs 145 tonnes and whilst traffic disruption will be kept to a minimum motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journeys and to avoid the route if possible.
