Gloucestershire County Council is reviewing parking and travel arrangements in Bourton-on-the-Water.
The review will look at parking pressures, coach services, pedestrian movement and how people travel through the village.
The council says the aim is to improve safety, access and movement while balancing the needs of residents, businesses, visitors and commuters.
A public engagement exercise will launch next month, giving people the chance to share their experiences and help shape future options.
The review will also consider sustainable travel measures, including cycle parking and electric vehicle charging points.
A temporary coach drop-off and pick-up arrangement on Meadow Way is already being monitored to help inform longer-term plans.
