Charities oppose application for a pop-up lapdancing club during Cheltenham Festival

Charities which support vulnerable women are opposing an application for a pop-up lapdancing club during next year’s National Hunt Festival in Cheltenham.

A survey conducted by Cheltenham Borough Council found that 75% of women feel less safe on the town’s streets during race week.
