Emergency services responded to reports of a flat fire on Westgate Street in Gloucester.
Officers and PCSOs from Bearland Neighbourhood Policing Team supported Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service at the scene, where the incident was linked to an e-bike left inside the property.
No serious injuries have been reported. Fire crews have since reminded residents of the importance of safe e-bike charging and storage to reduce the risk of fire.
