The former Wiko store in Gloucester has gone up for sale.
Allsop is looking after the sale of the building which has a guide price of £1,300,000.
The building in Northgate Street has remained empty since Wilko closed in September 2023.
Agents said there is possible Potential for Conversion and Change of Use of Upper Floors to Residential, subject to consents.
Wilko originally had over 140 employees when it first opened in Gloucester but reduced over the years to less than 30.
The building will be auctioned off on January 28th 2025.
