A major recruitment drive has begun in Gloucester as Hotel Indigo prepares to open its doors at The Forum early next year.
The boutique hotel, which is set to open in February 2026, is hiring for a variety of roles as it builds its launch team from scratch. The new 129-bedroom hotel will include a rooftop bar, restaurant and event spaces, and is expected to create dozens of new jobs in the city centre.
General Manager Nadia Fakhredin has issued a call-out for people with a passion for hospitality to join the brand-new team from January 2026.
“This is a rare opportunity to be part of an opening team,” she said. “We’re looking for ambitious, enthusiastic people who want to shape something new and bring a fresh hospitality experience to Gloucester.”

- Restaurant & Outlet Manager
- Nights Manager
- Sous Chef
- Finance Associate
- Security Team Member
- Maintenance Team Member
More roles will be advertised over the coming weeks, covering positions across food and beverage, guest services, kitchen, housekeeping and operations.
The hotel is part of The Forum development – Gloucester’s £100m digital campus project – and is expected to provide a boost to local employment and the city’s visitor economy.
