The owner of the Gloucester Citizen and Gloucestershire Echo newspapers says annual results will be better than expected, thanks to a strong end to 2024.
Reach, which also owns national titles including the Daily Mail, is forecast to deliver underlying annual earnings of 97-point-8 million pounds – up 1-point-3 million on the previous year.
But the group says it’s due to take a 5-million-pound charge in 2025, for its West Ferry Printers Pension Scheme.
