The Beefy Boys are bringing their latest cookbook tour to Cheltenham.
The group will meet fans and sign copies of their new book, The Beefy Boys’ Great British BBQ, at Waterstones Cheltenham on May 6 and Rossiter Books on June 20.
The cookbook, released in May, focuses on reimagining British dishes with a barbecue twist.
Founded in Hereford, the four friends behind the brand have grown from backyard cooking to a multi-site restaurant business.
Co-founder Anthony Murphy said the book celebrates British food culture while bringing new ideas to outdoor cooking.
Some tour events will also include food tastings inspired by recipes from the book.
The tour is part of a wider UK series celebrating the group’s second cookbook release.
