Gloucestershire County Council has launched a parking review in Moreton-in-Marsh.
Residents, businesses, visitors and commuters are being invited to take part in an online survey.
The council says parking pressures near the high street and railway station have made it harder to find spaces, while pavement parking has raised safety concerns.
The review will look at current parking conditions, usage patterns and future demand.
It will also explore possible cycle parking and electric vehicle charging facilities.
Feedback will help shape early concept designs, with further consultation expected before any decisions are made.
The survey closes on Sunday July 12.
