National Express coach

National Express has confirmed it will no longer be running services from Stroud.

The 445 route which runs between Hereford and London Victoria Coach Station has a new timetable.

People travelling from Stroud will now need to board either from Gloucester or Cheltenham to get to the capital by coach.

A spokesperson for the National Express said: “A number of services have recently been revised following a review of the current demand for travel. Unfortunately, this has resulted in Stroud no longer being on the network.”

“We appreciate some people will be disappointed and although there are no immediate plans to reinstate the stop, we will keep this decision under review.”
