Police are investigating an attempted burglary in Mickleton.
Four masked males believed to be aged between 20-30 tried to gain access to a rear garden to break into a house in Granbrook Lane.
The incident happened at around 10:10pm on Sunday.
Officers believe they were targeting the vehicle on the driveway. They were disturbed and ran off into a light coloured car.
About an hour later at 11:15pm four similar described males attended Marsh Services Moreton-in-Marsh and threated a motorist who gave them his car.
Two of the four males drove off in the stolen red Golf GTD registration NE64 MHY. The following vehicle is thought to be a silver or light coloured Nissan X-Trail.
Anyone who may have witnessed either of these incidents is asked to call Gloucestershire Police quoting 457 30/01/22 for Mickleton and 468 30/01/22 for the Moreton Incident.
