Firefighters were called to car fire in the car park area of Tom Price Close in Cheltenham on Saturday morning.
A crew of five fire-fighters from the Cheltenham East fire station were mobilised to deal with the incident.
They were quickly on scene and used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
The car was only slightly damaged as a result and no persons were hurt.
The incident was then handed over to Gloucestershire Police for further investigation.
