Police in Cheltenham are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Cheltenham which took place earlier this month.
The altercation is believed to have taken place at the base of the steps which lead up to Under the Prom on the Promenade at around 3.30am on Sunday 5 May.
This involved two men and resulted in one of them being knocked unconscious and requiring hospital treatment.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote police incident number 56 of 5 May.
