Barton Street in Gloucester will closed overnight for the next three days for drainage works.
The main road will be shut from Charles Street to All Saints Road, from 8pm to 6am.
Lining improvement works will also take place tonight at the junction with India Road.
Stagecoach West has confirmed services 1, 2 and 2A will divert.
