A number of bus services will be unable to enter Eastgate Street this afternoon due to the Gloucester Carnival.
Buses will be diverting between the 3:30pm and 4:15pm.
Service 1, check 2 & 2A will operate a normal route to Barton Street junction then via Bruton Way to set down and pick up in Market Parade
Service 7 will operate normal route outbound. Inbound will operate via Eastern Avenue and Metz Way to Market Parade.
Service 9 will operate a normal route outbound. Inbound will operate from St Barnabas via Eastern Avenue and Metz Way to the Bus Station.
Service 10 towards Lower Tuffley will depart Bruton Way outside Railway House and operate via Bruton Way and Trier Way to the Peel Centre.
Service 10 towards Cheltenham from the Peel Centre via Southgate Street, Quay Street, Westgate Island, Priory Road, Blackdog Way to London Road Depot Bus Stop.
Service 12 & 12A to Gloucester from the Peel Centre via Southgate Street, Kimbrose Triangle, Longsmith Street, Ladybellegate Street, returning to Southgate Street, then return normal route to Quedgeley.
Services 62 & 63 towards Stroud will operate the normal route.
Towards Gloucester from St Barnabas Roundabout via Eastern Avenue and Metz Way to the Bus Station.
Services 66E, 66Q, 66S will terminate at Southgate Street during the Carnival Procession. Customers are requested to board and alight in Southgate Street or Gloucester Quays.
