A Christian school worker’s won an appeal after being dismissed for sharing Facebook posts criticising the teaching of LGBT relationships.
Kristie Higgs was sacked at Farmor’s School in Fairford in 2019 for objecting to government policy on sex education in primary schools.
Three judges have ruled the posts didn’t justify her dismissal.
The Court of Appeal says she hadn’t “displayed any discriminatory attitudes” towards pupils.
