Stroud District Council has secured an anti-social behaviour injunction with a power of arrest.

The order relates to repeated incidents involving a non-tenant at St Nicholas Court in Hardwicke.

It was granted by the courts in June and will remain in place for 12 months.

The council says tenants helped build the case by reporting concerns and completing diary sheets.

Housing officers also worked with Gloucestershire Constabulary to gather evidence.

Councillor Gary Luff said the case shows the council’s “Report It to Sort It” approach in action and reassured residents that anti-social behaviour will be taken seriously.
