Three teenage boys remain in police custody in relation to the fatal stabbing of 16-year-old Ramarni Crosby earlier this week.
Two females from Gloucester, aged 18 and 21, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Officers are still urging for anyone with information about the incident which happened on Stratton Road, Gloucester on Wednesday 15 December to please contact them.
Officers from the Major Crime Investigation Team are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal stabbing.
