The Glos Santa Fun Run will make a return next month.
More than 650 Santas brought a burst of festive cheer to Gloucester city centre at last year’s event.
Runners and walkers in bright red suits filled Kings Square before making their way through the heart of the city, raising money for local charities and spreading Christmas spirit along the route.
Following the success of the 2024 event, organisers say next year’s fun run has already been approved — with Father Christmas himself giving the date a double check.
The 2025 Glos Santa Fun Run will take place on Saturday 13 December, and residents are being encouraged to save the date and help make the event even bigger.
People of all ages and abilities are invited to take part, with the event continuing to raise funds for a number of Gloucestershire good causes.
