Police are eager to trace the driver of a car that collided with a male pedestrian in Haw Street in Wotton-under-Edge.
The incident happened at about 8.15pm on Thursday 2 July.
The motorist, price believed to be in his 20s and driving a black Ford Zetec, purchase checked whether the man was okay after reversing into him.
The pedestrian said he was fine but later discovered he had a heavily bruised hip.
The motorist is urged to get in contact with police to talk about the incident
It is understood the driver lives in the Charfield/Hillesley area.
