A new Clip ‘n Climb attraction is coming to Gloucester Quays next year, bringing an action-packed experience to the popular shopping and leisure destination.
The 14,000 sq ft venue will open on the upper deck of the complex and will feature 19 climbing challenges, including favourites such as the Vertical Drop Slide and Stairway to Heaven. The site will also include a multi-level soft play area and the South Ridge Café, offering a place for families to relax after climbing.
Developers Peel Retail & Leisure say the addition marks a major step forward in their plans to expand the Quays’ leisure offering.
Paul Carter, asset director at Peel Retail & Leisure, said: “Clip ‘n Climb is the thrilling, family-friendly attraction we’ve been looking for to enhance the upper deck. It’s a perfect fit for Gloucester Quays and reinforces our position as a leading destination that blends shopping, dining and leisure.”
Danny Hodgson, commercial manager at Clip ‘n Climb, said the brand was “thrilled” to be coming to Gloucester.
“It’s a special place with a great community spirit,” he said. “We’re excited to welcome everyone — from toddlers to grandparents — to take on our challenges and have fun together.”
