Fire crews responded to a fire at ASDA Gloucester earlier.
Shoppers were evacuated from the Bruton Way store at just after 10am.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the fire broke out in an oven.
The fire service said: “We were called to reports of a fire in a commercial building at 10.14am. Two fire engines were sent, one from Gloucester and one from Cheltenham. The fire was contained to an oven in the bakery and it caused 5 per cent damage to the oven.”
“Our crews did not need to use any equipment as the sprinklers in the store had put out the fire. The store was evacuated as is standard procedure for these incidents. The stop time was 10.54am.”
