A fly-tipper was arrested after failing to pay a fine issue against them.
The offender responsible for a fly-tipping offence was arrested on warrant for failing to pay the fine issued to them by an Environmental Crime Officer from Gloucester City Council.
After spending the night in Police Custody, the offender appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court and was fined a total of £489.
