Forum Coffee has officially opened at 7 Cathedral Walk in Gloucester city centre.
The independent coffee shop serves speciality coffee roasted by Gloucestershire-based Ethical Addictions, alongside brunch, lunch and baked goods.
It has also created 10 jobs, including baristas, chefs and front-of-house roles.
A “roasters’ corner” will allow customers to learn more about the coffee roasting process and meet the team.
Gloucester City Council leader Jeremy Hilton said the opening supports local suppliers, creates jobs and gives people more reasons to spend time in the city.
The shop forms part of The Forum, a £107 million mixed-use development in Gloucester city centre.
