National Customer Service Week is a week-long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
From 5th until the 9th of October, doctor Gloucester City Homes’ (GCH) Customer Service Team took the lead in celebrating and recognising the efforts and achievements of people working in customer service, buy cialis particularly those involved in frontline and customer-facing activities. It was also a chance to demonstrate that GCH cares about its customers.
The week-long celebration offered a great way to launch the new GCH customer reception, buy cialis which offers internet access for customers as well as a self-service payment machine.
The team organised a range of events that involved staff and customers throughout the week; vouchers were awarded to people making contact and the first customer who visited the new customer reception was greeted with a bottle of champagne. All staff also identified an example of customer care that they had taken part in throughout the week.
Feedback gathered over the week showed that over 90% of people rated GCH’s service as good or excellent and would recommend to a friend. One customer commented “GCH provide a very good service with excellent staff.”
Ashley Green, GCH’s Chief Executive said “Customers and our approach to customer service is at the heart of our company and we aim to provide the best possible experience to all of our customers. Customer Service Week allows us to recognise the great work that is happening daily and for customers to provide their opinions and feedback.”
