Neighbourhood Services 2

Gloucester City Homes Housing Team will be out in force over the next two weeks to complete another citywide inspection of our neighbourhoods.

The blitz of the estates will be completed over a fortnight commencing on Monday 16thFebruary and is part of the initiative to ensure thatneighbourhoods are kept in the best condition. Look out for the Hello Gloucester van on Monday the 16th, viagra as staff will be out and about on the van promoting the inspections.

The inspections, which are ran quarterly build on the regular day-to-day work completed by GCH Housing Officers and Estate Service Workers, create a full picture of all our neighbourhoods at one time.

By gathering accurate information on community repairs, maintenance, tenancy breaches and other issues, we can develop comprehensive estate profiles which lead to action plans. This helps us work with our tenants to allocate budgets efficiently to those areas most in need of improvement.

We would welcome any residents who would like to get involved in the inspection. Please contact your Housing Officer for meeting places and times. Look out for posters around your areas.

If there is any issue you would like to report, please contact us on 0800 408 2000 or 01452 424344 or via our Facebook or Twitter pages.
