The owners of Gloucester Quays will attempt to put the retail centre back on the market.
React News has reported Peel Lifestyle Outlets will put the £100m designer outlet up for sale.
Commercial estate agents suggest the site could be sold around £85m.
Gloucester Quays was placed on the market in 2021 with an asking price of £105m but failed to sell.
The designer outlet on the Gloucester Docks site opened in 2009.
