BBC Radio Gloucestershire has lost more listeners according to the latest audience figures.

The radio station has seen a drop in the number of listeners over the last two years.

Latest figures from RAJAR show 61,000 people tuned into the station weekly in the third quarter of 2023.

A series of major changes have seen a large number of local radio presenters leave the BBC in the last few months.

Local programming was cut by senior management with just breakfast and mid-morning programmes broadcast locally to Gloucestershire. The rest of the output is mainly either regional or national programmes.
