A 40-year-old man from Coventry arrested on Tuesday (15 March) and a 27-year-old man from Birmingham arrested yesterday, both on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly, have been issued with penalty notices for disorder.
Two men, aged 25 from Gloucester and aged 22 from Longhope, who were arrested in connection with the theft of a golf buggy from the racecourse and driving it whilst drunk, still remain in police custody for questioning.
