A man is due to appear at court tomorrow (Thursday 15 October) in connection with a fatal collision which took place in 2025.
Bruce Drake, aged 79 and of St Aldwyn Road in Gloucester, will be appearing at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court for a first appearance after being charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving.
The charge relates to a collision between a car and pedestrian on Barton Street in Gloucester on 14 January 2025 in which 36-year-old Kieran Jones from Gloucester was taken to hospital and later died from his injuries.
