A man has appeared in court charged with murder following a fatal collision in Dinton last week.
Paul Barrett, aged 42, of White Road, Mere, appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court earlier today (27/12).
He has been remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at Crown Court on Wednesday (29/12).
The charge relates to a collision on the B3089 at approximately 7pm last Wednesday night (22/12) where a 43-year-old motorcyclist sadly died.
