A brand new website, find offering more information and features, has just been launched by Two Rivers Housing.
The site looks cleaner and brighter than the old one and has been streamlined to make it easy for visitors to navigate and find the information they are looking for.
There are new features that allow people to chat online in real-time with the Customer Service team or to request a telephone call at a time – within office hours – that is convenient to them.
Tenants will find more information about their property’s repairs history and future improvements than they have had before, and a commercial-style presentation has been adopted to showcase homes available for Shared Ownership.
The site will continue to evolve and one of the developments already planned will extend the information for tenants about their homes, and allow them to book a repair appointment online, selecting their preferred date and time.
“This new site is an important step towards making our service as user-friendly and accessible as possible,” explained Customer Service Manager Maria Hale. “People want information in a format and at a time which is convenient to them so we have focused on keeping the pages concise, logical and easy-to-follow, and suitable for those using mobile phones or tablets.
“There’s a secure area that our tenants will be able to access, giving them more detail about their homes than ever before. We hope this will reduce the need for them to contact us but, if they do need to get in touch, we will make it easier for them with our new call back and online chat features.”
The website is the latest development introduced by the not-for-profit housing association to take advantage of current technology to streamline services and make it easier for tenants to stay in touch.
It follows on the heels of a text messaging service which launched before Christmas to remind tenants of their booked appointment with the repairs team and advise them of the name of the operative and the time of their visit.
