Gloucester City Homes is holding the next round of tenancy sign up events, order for those tenants who have been asked to sign new agreements with GCH.
The sign up events will be held at local centres in the communities. Following the transfer of Council homes to GCH on 17th March 2015 it is now essential that these tenants sign a GCH tenancy agreement to protect their rights. The new agreement essentially mirrors the previous agreement with Gloucester City Council.
The times and venues are:
- 1st June -St Oswald’s Church Hall, viagra Coney Hill Road, health Coney Hill GL4 4LX 9.30am – 7.30pm
- 2nd June – Matson Baptist Church, Matson Avenue, Matson GL4 6LA 9.30am – 7.30pm
- 3rd June – Community Centre, Windsor Drive, Tuffley GL4 0RS 10am – 1pm and 4pm – 7pm
- 5th June – The Ramblers, Milton Avenue, Podsmead GL2 5AR 10am – 2pm
- 5th June – St Michael’s Community Hall, Seventh Avenue, Tuffley GL4 0BE 10am – 7pm
- 9th June – Roots Café, Alvin Street, Kingsholm GL1 3EH 10am -2pm
- 10th June – Redwell Centre, Matson GL4 6JJ 10am – 2pm and 4pm – 8pm
- 12th June – The Ramblers, Milton Avenue, Podsmead GL2 5AS 10am – 2pm
- 17th June – St Michael’s Community Hall, Seventh Avenue GL4 OEB 10am – 7pm
If any tenant cannot attend any of the above locations, GCH can arrange for a tenancy sign up in a way that suits their needs and GCH will contact them again after these events have taken place.
