Police in Cheltenham say they are aware of an increase of anti-social behaviour in the town centre.
Officers have received reports of youths climbing on roofs and general anti-social behaviour in the Lower High Street / Brewery Area.
Cheltenham NPT said: “Please remind children/young adults, within your Care to behave responsibly, especially if going into Cheltenham Town Centre. Local Inspectors have been authorising Dispersal Orders for designated areas.”
“A Dispersal Order is a power given to the Police to break up groups of people who are causing a nuisance or harassment. The Police can use dispersal orders to move people away from an area and stop them from returning for up to 48 hours. If someone violates the dispersal order, they can be arrested and prosecuted.”
