Pioneering folk band Fairport Convention played at the Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury on Thursday night as part of their 2015 Winter Tour.
Hailed as originators of British folk-rock music, recipe Fairport Convention remain one of the most entertaining and inventive groups on the concert circuit despite nearly fifty years as a working band.
Their annual Winter Tour has become a much-loved institution.
Fairport’s Tewkesbury concert was opened with a performance from talented guitar and fiddle duo Kevin Dempsey and Rosie Carson.

The tour goes countrywide with concerts at varies locations including Swansea, Leeds, Southport, Birmingham and finishing on March 1 at the Union Chapel London.
