Police have uncovered 580 cannabis plants inside properties in Gloucester city centre following what officers have described as strong team work.
The discovery was made on Friday on Northgate Street by officers from the Gloucester Neighbourhood Support Team, led by Sergeant Laing. The operation followed detailed investigative work carried out behind the scenes by PC Bremer.
Police say the find comes after information from the public and are urging residents to continue reporting suspicious activity in their communities. Anyone with concerns is asked to contact police on 101 or via the force’s website.
