Taco Bell has confirmed its Cheltenham restaurant will open on Monday 22nd November.
Last month, the Mexican food chain signed a 10-year lease to the former Caffe Nero unit on High Street.
Taco Bell is already planning to open a drive-thru restaurant in Gloucester.
The food includes Mexican classics like tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
As well as food the venue sells popular soft drinks including Pepsi, Tango, Mountain Dew, Tropicana Orange and lemon and Strawberry Freeze.
Desserts include cinnamon twists and churros and dips.
