
Two men have been charged with attempted robbery in connection with a serious incident in Brockworth after investigating officers worked a 21-hour shift to secure charges.
Malachi Bullock, aged 34, and 27-year-old Maniyah Smith were arrested on Thursday (18 July) and following an investigation by the Constabulary’s Criminal Investigation Department they were both charged with attempted robbery.
The charge relates to an incident which is alleged to have happened inside an address on the evening of Thursday 11 July.
Both men, who are of Archdeacon Street, Gloucester appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Friday 19 July, and Bullock was remanded in custody to next appear at Gloucester Crown Court on 16 August.
Smith was released on court bail with conditions which include to reside out of county, to wear an electronic tag and to not enter Gloucestershire.
