Dozens of volunteers turned out for the latest Big Gloucester Clean Up, working through the rain to help keep the city looking its best.
Armed with litter pickers and tools, the group collected rubbish and cut back overgrowth across the city.
After the morning’s hard work, the volunteers warmed up and shared refreshments at The Shire Café.
The Big Gloucester Clean Up is a regular community event.
The next session will take place on Monday, October 6, from 10am to 12pm, with the meeting point to be confirmed.
