Homeowners in the north Cotswolds have been receiving calls from people stating that they are calling about wall insulation.
Police said the callers state that they will call to their home address on Monday morning at 09.00.

This can be a scary situation for anyone and particularly more so for the elderly and vulnerable people in our neighbourhood”.
