Gloucestershire County Council says its Youth Hubs are helping young people stay active, build confidence and improve wellbeing.

Activities are available across the county, including football, basketball, archery, jujitsu, roller skating, rugby, indoor games and skate sessions.

In Gloucester and the Forest of Dean, activities are delivered with partners including Gloucestershire Gateway Trust, The Venture Community Hub and Forest Voluntary Action Forum.

In Stroud, a new sports night at Stroud Youth Centre gives young people aged 12 and over the chance to try different sports.

Councillor Ben Evans said the hubs provide safe spaces for children and young people to exercise, meet others and feel supported.
