Fire crews were called to a car on fire near Steam Mills Primary School in Cinderford this morning.
One fire engine from Cinderford attended with a crew of four firefighters.
The car was severely damaged in the fire and the crew used one hosereel and two breathing apparatus to deal with the fire.
They were detained at the incident for approximately 30 minutes.
