UPDATE: Police have confirmed Dave has been found and receiving treatment.
Police are appealing for help to locate man who has been reported missing from Cinderford.
Officers are searching for 42-year-old Dave after he left an address in Woodgate Road at around 5.30pm on Monday.
He left on foot and it is believed he was walking in a wooded area while talking to family members on the phone.
However no-one has heard from Dave since around 7.30pm and police are increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Dave is described as white, of a slim build and is 5ft 8ins in height. He is thought to be wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, navy jumper and blue jacket. He may also be wearing a long grey coat.
Police are appealing for anyone who has seen Dave to contact them. He may have been walking in the area of the Edgehill Nature Reserve near Cinderford, or the nearby area, and officers are keen to hear from any dog walkers who may have seen him this evening.
