Officers in Cheltenham arrested three more race-goers yesterday.
At around 6.40pm, buy a 27-year-old man from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly at the racecourse.
Two men, help aged 25 from Gloucester and aged 22 from Longhope, were arrested on Pittville Street in Cheltenham at around 9.20pm, in connection with the theft of a golf buggy from the racecourse and driving it whilst drunk.
They all remain in police custody.
A 50-year-old man from Nottingham arrested on suspicion of voyeurism at Prestbury Park yesterday, has been bailed until Wednesday 11 May pending further enquiries.
