Construction is nearing the final stages at a new housing development in Hardwicke which has already provided more than 100 new homes for the local area.
Bellway is building 125 new homes at Springfields at Hunts Grove, where the final three houses have now been released for sale.
The last homes remaining for sale are the two-bedroom Charfield design and two four-bedroom detached showhomes – the Wilcott and the Walton.
Both the showhomes have generous living accommodation on the ground floor – the Wilcott with a separate kitchen, dining room and living room and the Walton with an open-plan kitchen/dining room and a living room – while upstairs there’s an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom of both homes.

Homes eligible under the scheme at Springfields at Hunts Grove must be under the South West regional price cap of £349,000.
Bellway is delivering 125 new two, three and four-bedroom homes at Springfields at Hunts Grove, with 101 already occupied. With just 24 homes left to build, the housebuilder expects construction work will be completed by September.
