Gloucester Rugby has announced the return of major concerts to Kingsholm Stadium for the first time since 2019, unveiling the new Kingsholm Summer Series for June 2026.
Global icon Sir Tom Jones will headline the stadium on Sunday 28 June, marking a triumphant return after previously selling out the venue in 2012 and performing to more than 17,000 fans in 2017. With a career spanning over six decades and more than 100 million records sold, the Welsh superstar is set to deliver another unforgettable summer evening in Gloucester.
The night before, on Saturday 27 June, the series will open with Ministry of Sound Classical. The 31-piece orchestra will perform iconic dance anthems from across the decades, blending club classics with full-scale orchestral arrangements in a high-energy live show that has sold out venues including the Royal Albert Hall.
The two concerts signal a major milestone for the club, bringing large-scale live entertainment back to the heart of the city. Food and beverage operations, along with dedicated fan zones, will be delivered by Freemans Event Partners.
Gloucester Rugby CEO Alex Brown said the return of concerts was an “important step forward” for the club, helping to create new experiences for supporters while generating revenue that can be reinvested across the organisation.
Stephen Freeman, Executive Chairman of Freemans Event Partners, described the series as “an exciting new chapter for the city” and said the partnership aims to deliver world-class entertainment for Gloucester.

A 48-hour pre-sale will run from 10am on Wednesday 4 March to 10am on Friday 6 March for those who register in advance and Gloucester Rugby Club Members. General sale begins at 10am on Friday 6 March.
Tickets start from £54.50 for Tom Jones and £49.50 for Ministry of Sound Classical.
