Gloucestershire Constabulary would like to thank the public for their help following an appeal for information about an incident in Nailsworth on 21st April.
There was a report that a man driving an old Royal Mail van approached a girl as she walked home from school.
The police are pleased to report that the man has come forward and they can confirm that there are no suspicious circumstances or cause for concern relating to the incident.
